Comfortable spacious holiday home in popular Bills Way. Perfect retreat for families or couples, close to Edgewater and various walking and biking tracks and only a short stroll to town.

This well equipped holiday home has open plan spaces, capturing all day sun and sheltered private outdoor areas to make the most of the views out to Lake Wanaka. It is fully fenced, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage with a table tennis table.
You will enjoy a fabulous stay in this cosy haven, whether you are here for the mountains or the lake.

Interior: comfortable furnishings, including new queen beds. 3 bedrooms, including a modernised kitchen and bathrooms. Make use of the substantial garden and patio, offering multiple outdoor seating options: dine alfresco, relax on the sofa with a book, share a bottle of local wine watching the sun set over Lake Wanaka.

Outside: private and extensive, the grounds of Bills Way offer peaceful solitude or social activity, depending on your mood. Bring your fishing rod and walk a few steps to Lake Wanaka, or jump onto the trails for a stroll or cycle around the lake.
