Briar Bank Drive cascades elegantly down from its private location in a peaceful cul-de-sac, overlooking the lake and mountains. Briar Bank is a self contained luxury house set on a one acres section of lawns, kanuka and fruit trees. Perfect for winter ski holidays or summer holidays.

Modern, stylish, secluded with a fantastic feeling of space this architecturally designed luxury apartment offers peace and comfort for any stay in Wanaka. Views across the lake to Mt Aspiring National Park and Roy’s Peak are enjoyed inside and out with the floor to ceiling windows and fully opening kitchen and lounge. Move seamlessly between the indoors and out as you please.

The apartment has 2 ‘California King’ beds (both can be split), a luxury marble bathroom, double car garage, enormous parking/turnaround for a boat, a contemporary designer kitchen. Take a delightful (summer) private outdoor shower on the massive schist base stone.

Only a seven minute drive to Wanaka Township with access to shops and restaurants. Only a couple hundred metres to the Peninsula trails, mountain biking and access to the lake.

The rising terraced section allows for peaceful reading and picnics among the kanuka stands and fruit trees.

    A week stay here was not long enough! Amazing location, amenities were everything you need and more. Goodstays were very easy to deal with.
