Indoor-outdoor living, in a convenient location. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from down town Wanaka, this 3 bedroom cottage has been built with strong Rimu features.

This classic Kiwi bach, with fresh, modern feel, and spectacular views of Treble Cone and Lake Wanaka. The lake-side neighbourhood is just a couple of minutes drive from town centre (3.5km).
Open plan lounge, dining and Rimu kitchen with wood fire and heat pump. Interior features extensive use of Rimu wood doors, cupboards and cabinets.

Holiday makers needs are fully met with, WIFIi, dishwasher, and laundry facilities.
Accommodation for eight consists of two double bedrooms downstairs and a large spacious room upstairs including an additional lounge area with a TV, DVD player as well as bean bags. Ideal for children or bigger kids wanting some additional space to chill out during their stay.
Decks front and back provide ample room to enjoy the views and garden.
Outside, there is a lockable shed for bikes and ski/snowboard gear and plenty of parking. The lake shore is a short walk away.
