ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Features 2 Identical Master Bedrooms with full spacious shared bathroom.
2 bunk rooms boasting spacious, solid, built in bunks with Queen on the bottom and King Single above, comfortably accommodating children of any age, through teens to adults.
House best suited to 2 families or 4 couples.

All beds, including bunks, are fitted with quality, inner sprung 'Sleepyhead' mattresses which are completely encased in hypoallergenic 'bug lock' mattress protectors.
In addition there is another layer of moisture proof mattress protector.
This is then covered with snug 100% NZ Wool Mattress Toppers.
100% NZ Wool Duvet Inners on all beds.

Sitting above Lismore Park which offers a Mountain Bike Track and Jump Park along with Frisbee Golf.
5 Minute Ride to the Sticky Forest where you'll find some of the area's best mountain bike trails.

• Summer peak December 21st – January 31st
• Summer Off peak February 1st – June 30th
• Winter peak July 1st – August 31st
• Rates are a guide only & subject to change
• *Note special events and New Years subject to increased nightly rates
• Rates include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
• Prices are for up to 10 people. Additional bed & linen available upon request.

Recent stay review " a really beautiful spot & when I woke up Sunday morning there was a thick icing of snow on the hills which I suspect is the first for the year.
The kitchen looks great as well – the design works well in the open plan space. The details through out the house are just great & give a really central Otago feeling which I’m sure is not by accident.
What really amazed me however was how warm the house stayed in spite of the ice on my car this morning– the benefits of good insulation & double glazed windows I guess."

    Annandale Lodge was perfect for our stay in - great functional design, well equipped kitchen along with excellent household appliances.
    Plenty of space with great indoor/outdoor flow to enjoy the views.
    Short yet steep walk to township which was all good for us.
    Overall - a great place to stay.
